Check List, Ducati Project, DM250 #02783
Engine/Bottom-end:
1) Overhaul crank,
    Crank weight:______ lbs/oz.
    Bore small-end to .750”+ for big pin.

2) Cases;
    Tank/blast.
    Machine surface cases.
    Repair/chase 6mm holes.
    R&R main & GB bearings.

Engine/Top-end:
1) Overhaul cylinder head
     Tank/blast.
     Surface all joints & squish-band.
     Repair all 6mm holes.
     Bore cam hole .100” for MegaCycle cam.
2) Valve Job; R&R guides, bore intake seat _____”,
3) Fit 36/40mm valves w/coil springs, adjusted hgt:____ex/____in.

Frame Assy:
1) Sand Blast frame.
2) R&R S/A bushings and fit pin.
3) Reinforce rear engine mounts, upper & drill out to 3/8”.
4) Make/weld on # plate mounts.
5) Paint frame #30 red.

Get the idea? Pretty simple really, and by writing it all down you’re less likely to forget something. If you’re like me, you’ll remember something you wanted to do in the middle of the night. By writing it down on a bit of scratch paper, then transposing it onto your list the next day, you sure to get it done.
