3) Rear Shock Service
A) Place machine on cycle stand.
B) Remove rear shocks.
C) Refit rear shocks.
Note:   If fitted with
Works Performance shocks, these can only be serviced by Works Performance, and
should be done every 12 to 24-months.  Most other brands are unserviceable, and therefore must be
replaced. It is also important that you check for leaks during your General Check over prior to a race, thus
making sure you have no possible problems.

Rear shocks are an important part of any racing project, don't scrimp on these. We suggest Works Performance shocks (the steel body units being more than suitable, we use 'em), which for the most part are custom make/tuned to suit you and your machine. When ordering your WP shocks, they will need the following information and measurements; all measurements are taken from "center-to-center" (of the hole):

Shock Length:______".    Shock Eye Width:______".  Shock Eye ID:______".  Body Type:__________.
Swingarm-to-Axle:_____".  Swingarm-to-Bottom Shock Mount:_____".  Swingarm-to-Top Shock Mount:_____".
Bike Weight:_____lbs.  Rider Weight:_____lbs.  Machine Brand:__________.  Use:____________.
Allow approximately three weeks for delivery. Suggest faxing in your order with the above details thus avoiding any confusion.
